A loyal puppycam viewer and soon to be puppy mom, Tracy Danby, has done a great job of troubleshooting and has come up with the solution for those of you unable to view the video clips. Here are the instructions:
Click Start, then Control Panel, then Internet Options.
Select the Security tab; highlight Internet.
Click Custom or Custom Level (depends on your version of IE).
Scroll down to Active X Controls and Plug-Ins. Locate "Display video and animation of a web page that does not use external media play" and select Enable.
Click OK.
In the Internet Options window, click OK.
If you get a pop-up message asking if you are sure you want the changes, click Yes.
Thanks, Tracy!
